ככה יורדים להם מאות מיליונים ובמקרה של GM מיליארדים מההון של החברה, מה שמוביל לחובות.. ומחובות שקופצים כל חודש בסכומים כאלה.. קל להגיע לפשיטת רגל.

The Problem is that their liabilities are even bigger Flight price compare to the cost of the airplane, maintanance, salary to the pilot co-pilot and so on simple is not enough and due to the competition it is not always simple to raise price. On top of this the new companies like northest, virgin etc don;t have all those huge pension debt that the old companies have. and so they force the price to stay below the real cost. needless to say the one day they will suffer the same problem but for now they can enjoy there life as if there is no tommorow. Other companies might bought too much inventory when everything seem to be only going to be better by the day and now when it isn;t they need to still pay for it though there is not enough income to do this. have fun.
