1. Really? How much BS will we read about it? Every year is is a seasonal effect where people move during April-July time frame more than the rest of the year. People with kids do not move after July-August time frame.. besides- the reason for more home purchase is because people can , again, buy homes here with 3% down, up to 17% FHA loans (federal insured money) and 80% mortgage, so suddenly people with $10,000 could place an offer for a $300,000 property.
